2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 342, 323, 379, 354(B), 307, 506, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, on 26.06.2023 at about 9:30 PM, while the informant and her husband were returning to their house, these petitioners alongwith co-accused Manwara Khatoon surrounded them and committed maarpeet. Petitioner no. 1 is alleged to have assaulted informant with iron rod and

4. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that there is case and counter case. Present case is counter blast of Bausi P.S. Case No. 149 of 2023, lodged by petitioner no. 1 against informant and her husband. Injuries allegedly caused by petitioners are simple in nature. He further submits that due to intervention of well wishers of the parties, the dispute has been settled outside the court and to this effect, a joint compromise petition has also been filed, which is kept at Annexure P-2 to the bail petition.

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of opposite party no. 2 does not dispute the contention made on behalf of petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Araria in connection with Bausi P.S. Case No. 123 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of
