The petitioner seeks bail in Supaul Mahila Thana P.S. Case No. 38/2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 511 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner and his father came and tried to outrage her modesty and also took away cash and ornaments. There is land dispute between the parties.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Supaul, in connection with Supaul Mahila Thana P.S.
