JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 06-01-2022 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State, through Video Conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 129 of 2021, instituted for the offences under Sections 384, 386/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 06.04.2021, he is a person with clean antecedent, charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. Allegation is of recovery of two live cartridges from the possession of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and cartridge without gun is of no use.

Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.

No.46543 of 2021(2) dt.06-01-2022 2/2 Considering the fact that petitioner is in custody since 06.04.2021, he is a person with clean antecedent, charge-sheet has been submitted in this case, the petitioner , above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 129 of 2021. The application stands allowed.
