The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that it was co-accused Md. Moti Alam, who played the role of mediator in execution of sale deed of lands of informant and so far as petitioner is concerned, he has only been implicated in this case as he happens to be brother-in-law of the aforesaid co- accused Md. Moti Alam.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
