2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Hariom. No looted article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner and the motorcycle, which was allegedly used in the alleged crime, does not belong to this petitioner.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail and submitted that petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of similar nature.
