It has been agreed at the Bar that instead of going into the merit of the contentions of the petitioners, the writ application may be disposed of at this stage with a direction to the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra to look into the grievance of the petitioners as contained in Annexure '2' to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11363 of 2019(2) dt.28-06-2019 2/2 writ application, examine the same and after finding out the truth take an appropriate decision thereon in accordance with law.

The writ application is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra to look into Annexure '2' to the writ application, examine the same and after finding out the truth within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order take a final decision thereon. If any amount is found admittedly payable to the petitioners, steps should be taken for making payment thereof within next one month.
