This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 16.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45853 of 2019, whereby the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail and was directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of the order. Considering the averments made in the application, this application is allowed.

Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Court below for furnishing bail bond by order dated 16.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45853 of 2019, is hereby extended by four weeks from today.
