JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 17-11-2017 Writ application is disposed off with a direction upon the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Aurangabad, that the post retiral dues and claims of the erstwhile employee, who is no more, namely, Late Ram Pukar Sharma, will be divided half and half between the present petitioner and the children of the first wife of the employee, namely, Manish Kumar, Nishant Kumar, the two sons and the two daughters, Ruby Kumari and Runa Kumari.

In view of the direction as above, the impediment caused due to the claim made by the two contesting parties i.e. the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14115 of 2016(3) dt.17-11-2017 2/2 petitioner and the intervenor should not come in the way of final settlement. The State authorities will ensure that post retiral dues is now settled within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this order.

Writ stands disposed off.
