JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 05-12-2016 The only reason why the Court is not willing to drag the matter any further and allow the petitioner any leeway while challenging the impugned order contained in Annexure-22, dated 27.05.2016, passed by the Joint Director, Secondary Education, Government of Bihar is that the petitioner admittedly was the former Secretary of the Managing Committee. He is no longer part of the establishment in any manner. Therefore, the Court would not appreciate his continued emotionality with regard to the decisions taken during his regime.

2. In the opinion of the Court, if the present dispensation and Committee is interested in maintaining the previous decisions, they will surely defend their interest and rights otherwise change is inevitable in every situation.
3. Writ is dismissed.
