Perused the order dated 17.05.2016 passed by the learned Munsif, Masaurhi at Patna in Eviction Suit No. 02 of 2015, whereby the learned court below allowed the amendment application filed plaintiffs-respondents, whereby the plaintiffs sought to correct the Khata number, Tauzi number etc. in the plaint on the ground that it is typographical error. 3.

Admittedly, the issues have not been framed till today and the defendants themselves, in the written statement, asserted that the Khata number, Tauzi number etc. are incorrect. 4.

In such view of the matter, the learned court below has rightly allowed the amendment application filed by the plaintiffs-respondents. As such, it needs no interference in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction. Thus, this civil miscellaneous application is dismissed.
