JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 03-07-2019 In view of the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court reported in 2019 (2) PLJR 500, the order rejecting the claim of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground that the petitioner is born out from the wedlock of second wife is not sustainable.
Accordingly, the order as contained in Annexure-8 is quashed. The matter is remitted back to the respondents to take appropriate decision in the matter in the light of judgment of the Full Bench of this Court reported in 2019 (2) PLJR 500. Necessary decision in this regard must be taken by the
Patna High Court CWJC No.3511 of 2018(4) dt.03-07-2019 2/2 respondents within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
