ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 30-07-2024 Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that pursuant to the FIR lodged against the petitioner, the authorities have neither suspended the license of the petitioner nor passed any order of cancellation but, however, they have stopped the supply. Learned counsel has stated that after lodging of the FIR against the petitioner, the petitioner has obtained anticipatory bail from this Hon'ble Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5080 of 2020 dated 03.03.2020 (Annexure-2). Learned counsel has further stated that even in cases where the authorities have passed orders of cancellation based on the lodging of the FIR, this Court has set aside the same and directed the authorities to resume the supplies subject to the final result of the criminal

2. Having regard to the above mentioned facts and circumstances, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the authorities to resume the supplies to the petitioner immediately. However, it is made clear that the same shall be subject to the final result of the criminal case pending against the petitioner.

3. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
