Heard the parties.

This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Amarpur (Fullidumar) P.S. Case No.71 of 2016, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 447, 354, 504 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22925 of 2016 (4) dt.21-07-2016 2/3 The petitioners are ladies and belonged to same family. The dispute appears to have taken place over some quarrel, which took up between the families of two children.

Learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioners, has submitted that co-accused, namely, Sanjay Das and Dhananjay Das, have been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court. He has also submitted that the case of the present petitioners is on better footing than the persons, who have been granted anticipatory bail.

In view of the submission, as above, and the facts that the petitioners are ladies, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Amarpur (Fullidumar) P.S. Case No.71 of 2016, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioners, above named, shall present themselves before
