The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) That this is an application for issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus and or any other appropriate writ for order, orders, direction and directing and commanding the Respondent to cancel the Selection list in connection Advertisement No. 01/2016 wherein the respondent no. 3 has highly committed irregularities and obtained huge amount of illegal gratification and selected their own near and dear for the post of peon, in Gaya Civil Court and the petitioner further
