Taking into consideration that the fardbeyan of the informant has been treated to be her dying declaration in which she has specifically stated that petitioner and his family members poured kerosene oil on her body and set fire, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with session trial no. 417 of 2014 arising out of Agamkuan P.S.case No. 05 of 2014, pending in the court of 5th Additional Sessions Judge, Patna city stands rejected.
