The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 186 of 2019, dated 05.08.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 467, 468, 471, 419, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32636 of 2020(2) dt.20-02-2021 2/3 The petitioner is alleged to have made attempts to obtain appointment as Anganbari Sevika by furnishing fake matriculation certificate.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that after the educational certificates of the newly appointed Anganbari Sevikas were found to be forged, no appointment letter was issued. It has further been submitted that the petitioner could not be appointed as Anganbari Sevika and she has also not drawn any monetary benefit.
Some of the similarly situated accused persons of this case have been granted anticipatory bail by different Benches of this Court.
Regard being had to the facts afore-stated, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of eight weeks, is directed to be released on bail on her furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 186 of 2019,
