Khurshid Alam, by using his good offices, has ensured that ex-gratia compensation amount is sanctioned to the petitioner in lieu of death of his mother due to Covid-19 infection and to the said effect, a cheque bearing No. 407803 dated 01.05.2023, amounting to a sum of Rs.4,50,000/- has been produced, which has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
