2. Heard Mr. Manoj Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

3. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhadaur P.S. Case No. 09 of 2024 for the offence registered under sections 363 of the Indian Penal Code and later on added Section 366A of the IPC and Section 10, 11 of Child Marriage Act lodged on 09.02.2024 by the informant, Sita Devi.

4. Prayer for withdrawal has been made by Mr. Pandey.
