JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 31-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner and three others are said to have twisted the neck of the deceased as a result thereof, deceased died then and there.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after due investigation the police found the case true under Section 304 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code and moreover, having more or less similar allegation, co-accused, Laxmi Sah has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36612 of 2015 (2) dt.31-08-2015 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.K.
