2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under section 30a of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 750 milliliters foreign liquor was recovered from a motorcycle of which petitioner is registered owner.

4. it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that petitioner is the owner of the vehicle from which there is recovery of illicit liquor, as such, he cannot escape responsibility.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused.
