1. No one appears for the petitioner.

2. The writ petition has been preferred, praying for taking necessary steps alleging that respondent no. 4 had appeared in the Matriculation and Intermediate Examination several times by changing name.

3. The jurisdiction of Court under Article 226 cannot be involved for personal vengeance . The forum used is gross abuse of legal process. The petitioner is seeking to make a complaint against respondent no. 4 and initiating the Court process, so that he may be able to take advantage in relation to property dispute which he admits to be pending as per Para 4 of

Patna High Court CWJC No.2955 of 2018(4) dt.02-01-2023 2/2 the writ petition.

4. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed with cost of Rs. 20,000 (Twenty thousand), to be recovered from the petitioner by way of P.D.R. proceedings.
