2. Earlier regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 03.05.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 60267 of 2022 but the fresh ground for filing of the regular bail is that despite the petitioner being in a custody for a period of two years and one month, the trial has not been concluded up-till-now.

3. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the trial is going on with satisfactory speed. The informant and the victim have been examined.

4. The learned court below is directed to conclude the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44825 of 2024(3) dt.06-09-2024 2/2 trial within a period of six months. If the trial is not concluded within the stipulated period, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the court below itself.
