The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 323, 379 and 498-A of the Indian Penal Code and section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The wife made allegation that the petitioner subjected her to physical and mental torture. The petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail but the dispute between the husband and wife could not be resolved. The petitioner is in jail since 01.07.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37526 of 2015 (2) dt.25-08-2015 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Complaint Case No. 1560( c) of 2013.
