During course of argument, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application to make a complaint in a civil Court of competent jurisdiction with regard to offences which have been allegedly committed by the accused. No objection has been raised to the prayer for withdrawal made by the petitioner.

In view of the above and in the interest of justice, this application is hereby disposed of as withdrawn with liberty granted to the petitioner to make a complaint in a civil Court of

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.789 of 2016 (2) dt.16-09-2016 competent jurisdiction with regard to offences which have been allegedly committed by the accused.
