This application for regular bail arises out of Dhaka P.S. Case No. 191 of 2020, disclosing offence punishable under Sections 304-B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased, who is in custody since 18.06.2020.

Referring to the First Information Report, it has been argued that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner of demand for dowry and the petitioner has been named only on the basis of suspicion. He has further argued that the petitioner's implication is only because of her relationship with the husband of the deceased.

Considering the submission that the petitioner is a

Let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount, each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sikarhana at Dhaka, East Champaran, in Dhaka P.S. Case No. 191 of 2020.
