The petitioner seeks bail in Araria Mahila P.S. Case No. 20/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The wife of the petitioner alleged that the petitioner and other in-laws subjected her to mental and physical torture for demand of motorcycle. The petitioner is the husband and he is in jail since 27.11.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Araria Mahila P.S.
