Petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 140 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

It is alleged that total 43.200 liters of foreign liquor was seized behind from behind the house of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that liquor was not seized from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 27.4.2019. Considering the fact that liquor was not seized from the conscious possession of the petitioner,the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be
