JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-09-2015 Petitioner' licence has been cancelled on 11.3.2002 by respondent no.4 which was affirmed in appeal and revision. The petitioner submits that as he did not appear for two dates, his revision application was rejected by the leaned Commissioner. The petitioner seeks one more chance to represent his case before the revisional court. He assures the court that he would not absent and would pursue the case diligently.

In view of the submission of the petitioner, the revisional order is set aside and the matter is restored, on deposit of Rs.250/- in the office of the learned Commissioner. The writ petition is disposed of.
