Petitioner is in jail custody since 23.05.2015 and para - 3 of the petition reveals that he does not have any criminal antecedent. Moreover, it appears that the present case was lodged due to non construction of school building.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Phulpras P.S.Case No. 50 of 2015.
