JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-07-2022 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to grant compensation to the petitioner on account of untimely death of her son, aged about 5 years, who died on account of falling in a well situated in village Gopalpur, District -Bhagalpur for which one FIR bearing Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 192/2017 dated 19.8.2017 has been registered.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur by

Patna High Court CWJC No.2948 of 2018(3) dt.18-07-2022 2/2 filing appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today and in case, such a representation is filed, appropriate decision shall be taken thereon within a period of four weeks thereafter and if any compensation is found payable, the same shall also be paid forthwith.
