The petitioner, who claims to be son of an employee, who retired in the year 2001 and died in 2012, has approached this Court by filing the present petition in the month of April, 2014, on an allegation of wilful disobedience to an order, which was passed long back on 15-12-2005 in C.W.J.C. No. 16671 of 2004. I do not find any ground for entertaining such petition
Patna High Court MJC No.1413 of 2014 (2) dt.16-01-2015 2/2 at such belated stage.
The petition stands dismissed.
