2. This application has been filed for seeking following reliefs:

(i) To direct the respondents in the nature of Mandamus to secure and provide the C.C.T.V footage of Barauli Police Station, DistrictGopalganj dated 19.03.2025 from 7 AM to 8 AM to the petitioner who was present in Barauli from 7 AM to 8 AM.

(ii) To direct the investigation officer of P.S. Case No. 27 of 2025 P.S. Madhopur District-

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1169 of 2025(2) dt.07-07-2025 2/2 Gopalganj to investigation proper with respect to petitioner in the light of C.C.T.V. footage of Barauli Police station, District-Gopalganj dated 19.03.2025 from 7AM to 8 AM as petitioner was present at the Barauli Police Station and not at place of occurrence and also to examine several material witness who are present with petitioner on 19.03.2025 from 7AM to 8 AM.

(iii) To direct the S.P. Gopalganj to supervise the Madhopur P.S. Case No. 27 of 2025 in the light of C.C.T.V footage of Barauli P.S. dated 19.03.2025 from 7 AM to 8 AM.

The petitioner will represent before the Superintendent of Police, Gopalganj, for redressal of the aforesaid reliefs, by way of filing a representation and the Superintendent of Police, Gopalganj, will consider the representation of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order in accordance within fifteen days of its filing.

4. With the aforesaid directions, this application is disposed of.

5. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Gopalganj, through FAX for its compliance forthwith.
