Petitioners are named in the first information report and it is stated that petitioner no.1 attempted to snatch pistol from police official and so far as petitioner no.2 is concerned, no specific overt-act has been attributed against him.

Moreover, petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent and are languishing in jail custody since long. Accordingly, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.B. Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Madhubani/ concerned court in Bisfi P.S. Case no. 85/2014.
