JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Although, injured is said to have sustained two grievous and one simple injuries but there is allegation against the petitioner of giving one single iron rod blow on the head of the injured for which petitioner is in jail custody since 20.06.2015 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Udakishungaj, Madhepura in connection with Chausa P.S.Case No.148 of 2014.
