2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed detailed representation before the Vice Chancellor, T.M.Bhagalpur University, the Financial Advisor, T.M.Bhagalpur University, the Registrar, T.M.Bhagalpur University, the Finance Officer,

Patna High Court CWJC No.14212 of 2021(4) dt.24-09-2024 2/2 T.M.Bhagalpur University and the Principal, Marwari College Bhagalpur, but till date no order has been passed by the authorities..

3. Considering the aforesaid facts, the respondent no. 2 (the Vice Chancellor, T.M.Bhagalpur University) is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

4. It is made clear that the respondent no. 2 shall be liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

5. If the petitioner is found entitled to any consequential benefits, then the same shall be granted to him within two months.

6. With the aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
