Petitioner is said to have given dabia blows to both injured of this case. The investigation has already been completed and it appears that some injuries were found on the person of both the injured but opinion regarding nature of injuries had been kept reserved by the doctor and till completion of the investigation, the complete injury report was not produced before the investigating officer.

Although, learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail but he also failed to produce the complete injury report of injured persons of this case.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37124 of 2015 (3) dt.04-11-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A. Suman, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Kishanganj in connection with Thakurganj P.S. Case No. 155 of 2015.
