Appeal No.40 of 2015, preferred by the petitioner against the order dated 14.08.2015 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Sadar, Chapra (Supply Branch) by which he had cancelled the PDS licence of the petitioner, on its own merit and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, if the same has already not been disposed of.
