The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Excise Case No.111 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 .

Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of 55 ltrs. of liquor from the Baramdah of the petitioner. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the Baramdah is an open place and he has been falsely implicated in this case, having no criminal antecedent and he is in custody for 1 1⁄2 months.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.34069 of 2019(2) dt.23-05-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, Insert Extra Petitioners and Respondents be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge 2nd cum Special Judge, Excise, Samastipur in connection with Excise Case No.111 of 2019. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
