1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner had moved this Court seeking regular bail by filing the instant Cr. Misc. No.46594 of 2024 and the same was allowed by an order dated 12.07.2024, but then, from perusal of the Paragraphs-2, 5 and 6 of the order dated 12.07.2024, it would manifest that the same records that:-Para2, the petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 354B, 376, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Para-5, Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner and Para-6, Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-

No.46594 of 2024(4) dt.22-07-2024 2/3 named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial Court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Kishanpur P. S. Case No.32 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the order dated 12.07.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.46594 of 2024 is modified to read as:- "Paragraph-2, the petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 354B, 376, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 and 8 of the POCSO Act, Para-5- Learned A.P.P. opposes the regular bail application and Para-6 "Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on regular bail on his furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned trial Court where the case is pending/ successor Court in connection with Kishanpur P. S. Case No.32

4. The order is modified to the extent as indicated above.
