The petitioners have filed the present writ application for a direction to the respondents to make payment of salary for
Patna High Court CWJC No.14099 of 2019(2) dt.16-07-2019 2/2 the period 1996 to 2005 and the difference to unrevised and revised salary between 1999 to 2005.
The issue aforesaid requires verification of fact. The respondents have to verify the record to ascertain whether the petitioners have worked for the period they are claiming salary and the difference of unrevised and revised salary. In case, the respondents have made payment of difference to unrevised and revised salary between 1999 to 2005 and salary from 1996 to 2005 to others, the respondents shall grant the same benefit to the petitioners.
Necessary decision after verification of record must be taken by the respondents within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and within a further period of one month the respondents have to ensure payment to the petitioners after verification of the record and calculation of the salary.
With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
