Verma, learned Senior Counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, and Mr. Amarendra Kumar, Assistant Counsel to learned Additional Advocate General No.15, appearing on behalf of the State-respondents. It is submitted, on behalf of the petitioner, that the petitioner will file a complaint, with regard to the occurrence, in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran, Chapra, and, therefore, this application may be allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to approach this Court with appropriate application,

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.614 of 2016 (2) dt.17-09-2016 2/2 in future, if situation so warrants, and also take recourse to such provisions of law as may be permissible.

In view of the above and in the interest of justice, the application is hereby disposed of as withdrawn with liberty granted to the petitioner to file a complaint in the Court below and, if such a complaint is made, learned Court below shall deal with, and dispose of, the same in accordance with law. The petitioner is also given liberty to approach this Court with appropriate application, in future, if situation so warrants, and also take recourse to such provisions of law as may be permissible.
