Taking note of this fact that informant and other witnesses, specifically, stated that petitioner having entered into house of the informant, took her daughter and in course of investigation, the dead body of informant's daughter was found, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Bhabua P.S.
