====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-09-2021 No one appears for the petitioner. Mr. Ritesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for Veer Kunwar Singh University, respondent No.2 to 4, and Mr. Jitendra Kumar Roy, learned SC-13 for the State, are present.

The petitioner has filed the present writ application for direction to the respondent authorities to pay the leave encashment amount for 54 days between the period 27.07.1998 to 2005.

Mr. Ritesh Kumar, learned counsel for the Veer Kunwar Singh University while referring to Anexure-A to the counter affidavit submits that amount towards leave encashment

Patna High Court CWJC No.10443 of 2020(3) dt.23-09-2021 2/2 for 54 days has already been sanctioned and the payment to the petitioner shall be made within four weeks.

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the University and taking into consideration Annexure-A to the counter affidavit, the respondent No.2 to 4 is directed to pay the amount towards leave encashment in favour of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt / copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ application is disposed.
