The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 341, 504, 506 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant with sickle causing injury on the neck and head. From perusal of the order of the learned Sessions Judge it appears that the injuries are dangerous to life, but it appears that the injuries are not grievous. The petitioner is in jail since 23.05.2015 and has already remained in jail for more than three months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
