The petitioner seeks bail in Arwal P. S. Case No. 302 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 387, 307/34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report.
In the written report, it is alleged that informant got information that on 30.10.2018 at about 5 O'clock in the evening his uncle has been shot at near Arwal petrol pump by 5-6 miscreants, when he refused to pay Rangdari of Rs two lakhs demanded by them. It is further alleged that on the order of Subodh Kumar one of the miscreant fired at the uncle of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32784 of 2019(2) dt.17-05-2019 2/2 informant causing bullet injury.
During course of investigation, police apprehended this petitioner merely on suspicion and thereafter remanded him in the instant case as appear from the impugned order also. Petitioner is in custody since 16.2.2019.
Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM, Arwal, in connection with Arwal P. S. Case No. 302 of 2018 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) shyambihari/- U T
