The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 498-A and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is the husband of the informant. It is alleged by the informant that the petitioner and other family members committed physical torture and mental harassment to her for non-fulfillment of dowry demand within one year of marriage. The petitioner is in jail since 25.05.2015. Petitioner is ready to keep the informant as his wife.

Learned counsel for the informant also submitted

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37075 of 2015 (2) dt.25-08-2015 that the informant-wife is ready to live with her husband, the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sanjay Kumar Rai, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jhanjarpur, Madhubani in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 03 of 2015, G.R. No. 73 of 2015. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Amin/- U
