This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 29.11.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6757 of 2021, whereby the petitioner has been granted provisional anticipatory bail subject to the condition that she will deposit an amount of Rs.50,000/- and after payment of entire amount of Rs.1,51,000/-, the provisional bail shall be confirmed by the Court below.

For the reasons mentioned in this application, the time granted to the petitioner to surrender in the learned Court below for furnishing bail bond and also for depositing Rs.50,000/- by order dated 29.11.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6757 of 2021, is hereby extended by four weeks from today.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35524 of 2022(2) dt.13-07-2022 2/2 The petitioner is directed to pay the entire amount of Rs.1,51,000/- as directed by order dated 29.11.2021. This modification application is allowed with the modification as above.
