Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 127(2), 132, 115(1), 121(1), 324(4), 109, 352, 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that during vehicle checking on 12-3-2026 at 5:20 pm, a tractor along with a trailer without registration number was intercepted as the same was loaded with bricks, but the driver fled, thereafter Rajan Kumar, the owner of the vehicle, came

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37045 of 2026(2) dt.16-06-2026 2/3 along with 30-40 unknown accused including women and abused and created obstruction in discharge of official duties and even assaulted the police personnel and damaged the vehicle.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that petitioners are not the owner of the seized vehicle and thrust of allegation is against Rajan. It is further submitted that petitioners are resident of a place nearby where the occurrence took place, as such when ruckus was created, the petitioners out of inquisitiveness came to the place of occurrence and thus came to be implicated with general and omnibus allegation.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in
