The name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused and subsequently, he too made his confessional statement. Moreover, the petitioner was neither put on Test Identification Parade nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession. Paragraph-3 of the petition reveals that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
