Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, the name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused and petitioner also made his confessional statement disclosing his involvement in the present case. However, it also came to light in course of investigation that sister of victim had love affair with one Raushan Kumar, who hatched conspiracy for committing the murder of the deceased/victim. Moreover, one co-accused Md. Mosim, having more or less similar allegation, has already been granted privilege of bail and petitioner is in jail custody since 13.04.2014.
